Wipez is completely On Demand. Simply make a call or create a profile and request the service of your choice.

Hatchback : These are small cars which would accommodate around 5 people and it doesn't have an extended boot.
Sedan: Sedans are cars with extended boot. These are longer than hatchbacks. These would also accommodate not more than 5 people.
ETC CARS - SUV, MPV AND LUXURY CARS.

Time required for services depends on the size/type of vehicle you have, the service package requested, the number of technicians in the crew, and the specific equipment available to the detailer. Following are approximate times for a single technician.

  • Pro Plan -- 45 TO 60 Minutes
  • Active Plan -- 60 TO 90 Minutes
  • Pro+Active -- 120 TO 150 Minutes
  • Immense Plus -- 150 TO 180 Minutes

You can pay by cash or credit/debit card at completion of service or prepay online or over the phone.

We schedule appointments every day of the week between 9 am and 8pm. Same/day -- next day service is generally available in most areas, but cannot be guaranteed at all times. Once you submit your service request, we will provide you with appointment options via text, email, or phone.

Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal biowastes, and excessive spoilage. If your vehicle has one of these issues, your technician will advise you of additional charges before the work begins. Surcharges are anywhere from 20-50% of the cost of the service package. Additional charges will also apply if you require services not specified in packages.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please mail us or contact a Wipez Representative. A member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours.

Cancel before our van leave for you, if you cancel order on your dooerstep you have to pay 150 rs. Cancellation fees.
